Well, a new blogger "friend" has tempted me to try baking and I actually came out with a success. Recipe from my cooking light magazine, and it's pretty tasty. Don't know if the Monday night dinner crowd will love them, but I didn't end up throwing it out. That is success in this kitchen. I've just never been a fortunate baker.Today, a new outcome. I am pleased as punch!

I used to be an excellent baker and a horrible cook and now that I have gotten older the pendulem (sp) has swung the other direction and I struggle w/my baking and my cooking has gotten great. WEIRD! I get cooking light and have seen this recipe but never tried. Looks yummy!

Obsessive...you seem like a pretty good baker to me from your blog site. So, I bet you are one phenomenal cook! I dated a couple chefs in my life and learned to just do it with cooking and I am pretty good at it. The baking, not so much. But, thanks for the inspiration. :)
