Of course, I am still voraciously reading everything in print and this evening, I found this wonderful quote here - "For all Izzard's candour, one area remains out of bounds: his love life. You can ask until the cows come home, but don't expect him to reveal anything about it, beyond the confession that, "I love vampy, va-va-voomy women. I like curves as opposed to that strange needle shape."
(Sigh.)

As if you needed another reason, but Eddie is far from the only person who feels that way. Science fiction author Spider Robinson (who I heartily recommend) has a phrase about it-preferring women who look like women instead of teenage boys with apples in their shirt pockets.
laughing...I never read the sci-fi, I've tried, but I just can't feel comfortable with it. I get lost quickly and seem to stay that way. Or it takes work to read and I am lazy. NOt sure which. LIke that phrase though. I think men can be such pack animals that sometimes what they like doesn't matter, because it's going to be what the pack likes. I'm generalizing (don't kick me) but it's the dynamic in this small town and it gripes me sometimes.
